Smudge-proof liner for tightlining?

It's been a long while, I keep procrastinating the post of The Body Shop products I bought like two months ago.. and I'm going to procrastinate some more.

I'm looking for a smudge-proof liner for tightlining. Lately I've been using an eyeliner from covergirl (forgot the name but it's a twisty one) and it smudges quite a bit after a while. Any suggestions? I'd prefer one that doesn't need sharpening. Drugstore + brand name ones?

    I usually use Rimmel Exaggerate eyeliner for tightlining, but I ran out :( It pretty much does not smudge on me. So now I've been using Urban Decay 24/7 Glide On Eye Pencil in Zero to tightline and it does alright too... But Rimmel is my fav :)

    It's been a long time! hope you're well! You should try either Make Up For Ever Aqua Eyes in OL (black) or Urban Decay 24/7 Glide On Pencil in Zero, like Erynn suggested. Both work great for tightlining & have great staying power! :]

    What about Elf's gel liner from the studio line? After it dries that stuff doesn't budge! ;) Plus it's only $3.
